Techunting’s Global Clients

Whenever we welcome a new professional to Techunting, there’s one thing I always make sure to highlight: the exciting opportunity to work with global clients. I often see the spark in their eyes when I explain that their next project will connect them with a startup in California, a fintech in Europe, or a healthcare company in Israel. For many, it’s the first time they realize that their talent here in Latin America can have an impact on projects that create products and services being used all over the world.

And it’s not just about the work itself. Collaborating with international teams means learning new ways of thinking, discovering other cultures, and sometimes even traveling to meet colleagues face-to-face. Those are the moments that make this career path truly special, and why I always emphasize it during onboarding.

In this post, I want to share a glimpse of what it’s really like to work with Techunting’s global clients, through the stories and experiences of our teams.

Exciting Projects with a Global Reach

One of the most rewarding parts of working with Techunting’s clients is knowing that the work you do every day reaches far beyond your screen. You’re contributing to products and solutions that touch people’s lives across the globe in different industries.

From building fintech platforms that transform the way millions of people handle their money, to supporting healthcare technologies that improve patient care, to working on scalable SaaS tools that empower entire industries, the projects you join carry real weight and visibility.

As an example, our Python engineers working with Sensia are helping to develop solutions used by oil field operators worldwide. Their code allows critical processes in oil wells to be monitored and managed in real time, from anywhere, technology that directly impacts efficiency, safety, and sustainability in a demanding industry.

What makes this experience even more unique is the exposure you gain. You’ll collaborate directly with product managers, engineers, and decision-makers from leading startups and established companies alike, giving you a front-row seat to how global businesses innovate and scale.

And because these projects are global by nature, the knowledge and skills you develop don’t just stay in one market. They become part of your personal toolkit, equipping you to grow your career, adapt to new challenges, and stay ahead in a constantly evolving tech landscape.

At Techunting, we like to say that our professionals don’t just work on projects; they hare actively shaping the future of technology.

Work from Anywhere in LATAM

One of the most exciting lifestyle benefits of Techunting’s staff augmentation model is true flexibility. From your favorite café in Medellín to a bright co-working hub in Buenos Aires, or even a relaxed beach town in Brazil, you can join high-impact international meetings and collaborate with global teams as richly as if they were across the room.

I always hear how this setup changes perspectives. As one of our marketing specialists puts it:

“Our team is truly distributed across the world, and you can actually see it during our weekly meetings. While someone in Mendoza is enjoying the summer sun in a T-shirt, a teammate in Canada is bundled up in layers against the rain and snow. From Buenos Aires to Barcelona, from small towns in Latin America to big cities abroad, we’re all working together. Different climates, different time zones, but always one team.”

Micaela, Marketing Analyst at Techunting

Of course, this isn’t just our experience; we’re part of a global trend. According to Statista, about 28% of employees worldwide now work remotely. Unsurprisingly, the technology industry leads the way, with the highest share of remote workers across all sectors.

This model lets you maximize productivity and comfort: no long commutes, more control over your day, and the chance to blend career growth with locations that inspire you. It’s the type of freedom that fuels creativity and work-life balance, and I believe it’s just one of the reasons Techunting shines.

Culture at Your Fingertips

Joining global teams means learning and sharing every day. You’ll discover new ways of working, different perspectives, and cultural traditions, from holiday celebrations to everyday office rituals. In turn, you get to share your Latin American culture, food, and warmth with teammates who are eager to learn from you, too.

A big part of this exchange happens in the small, everyday moments. At Techunting, our Slack channels have become a lively space where cultures come to life. Birthdays, national holidays, and even local traditions are shared and celebrated virtually, sometimes with pictures of homemade dishes, playlists of regional music, or stories about how families celebrate back home. It’s also where we introduce our global teammates to uniquely Latin American customs, like mate, the traditional Argentine drink made from yerba leaves and shared among friends, which has become a fun conversation starter across cultures.

These interactions go far beyond project updates: they make remote work feel personal, help us get to know coworkers from different parts of the world, and create bonds that make collaboration smoother and more enjoyable. For many of our professionals, it’s these cultural exchanges that turn a distributed team into a true global community.

Real Connections, Remote and In Person

Remote work doesn’t mean distant relationships. In fact, it often opens the door to unique travel and bonding opportunities. Sometimes you’ll be invited to visit a client’s office abroad; other times, they’ll come visit you. These moments turn months of virtual collaboration into lifelong memories.

A Special Moment in Buenos Aires

Just last month, our HTD team had an unforgettable experience: they gathered in Buenos Aires to welcome their colleagues visiting from Poland. After months of working together online, meeting in person felt like reconnecting with old friends.

During those days, they worked side by side, aligning strategies, exchanging technical insights, and strengthening the trust that fuels great teamwork. Beyond the work sessions, they enjoyed informal moments together: meals, conversations, and team-building activities that deepened both professional and personal connections.

“I am assigned as a QA Analyst for our client HTD Health. My experience so far has been really rewarding for my professional and personal growth. I’ve found that getting to know our clients and my team, both inside a coworking space and during social events, is so important for building stronger bonds and a more collaborative environment. I’m really grateful to both Techunting and our client for providing these opportunities. Let’s keep growing!”

Soledad, QA Analyst for HTD Health

This kind of experience highlights what makes working with Techunting’s clients so rewarding: beyond contributing to global projects, our talent builds meaningful, cross-cultural relationships that elevate their careers and broaden horizons.

Training Side-by-side in North Carolina

Another great example of these opportunities happened recently, when part of our team traveled to Morrisville, North Carolina, to participate in an immersive training program organized by AudioCodes, a top provider of advanced voice networking and media processing solutions for the digital workplace.

For several days, our professionals worked directly with AudioCodes’ specialists, diving deep into their technologies, learning best practices, and strengthening the collaboration that drives project success. Besides technical training, the program was a full cultural and professional exchange. Our team had the chance to step into the client’s environment, understand their vision firsthand, and bring back valuable insights that will benefit both the project and their own career growth.

Traveling for work opens the door to new experiences. The team had the opportunity to explore a different city, meeting people face-to-face after months of remote calls. From enjoying local food to seeing new places, these experiences enrich our team members both personally and professionally.

For our professionals, it’s a chance to grow their skills, expand their horizons, and represent Latin American talent on a global stage. We’re proud to see our team embracing these opportunities with curiosity and energy, and grateful to AudioCodes for trusting Techunting’s talent and supporting us on this exciting journey of global development.
