As we close another year at Techunting, I find myself reflecting not just on numbers or milestones, but on the people, trust, and shared ambition that made 2025 such a defining chapter in our journey.

This year was about scale, but also about maturity. About growing faster, yes, but growing better. And above all, about proving that a people-first, quality-driven approach to global tech talent truly works.

By the Numbers: A Year of Meaningful Growth

Behind every metric, there is effort, persistence, and collaboration. In 2025, our team achieved:

  • 20,200 candidates contacted, expanding our global team with the best talent in Latin America
  • 1,700 interviews conducted, reinforcing our commitment to quality over volume
  • 42 new Techunters onboarded, strengthening our delivery and internal teams
  • 13 new clients, who trusted us to support their growth with high-impact tech talent

These results are the outcome of disciplined hiring, long-term client partnerships, and teams that deliver impact from day one.

Global Recognition: Clutch Awards and Industry Leadership

One of the proudest moments of the year was being recognized as a 2025 Fall Clutch Global Award winner in the IT Staff Augmentation category.

Clutch, the leading global marketplace for B2B service providers, evaluates companies based on verified client reviews, service excellence, and market impact. Being ranked 6th globally and placed among the top 15 IT staff augmentation providers worldwide is a powerful validation of the trust our clients place in us.

In addition, Techunting was included in the Clutch 1000 list, which recognizes the top 1,000 highest-rated companies out of more than 400,000 providers globally. This distinction reinforces what we value most: consistent delivery, transparency, and measurable results.
